Reservation Deposit:	International/Domestic	Deposits are non-refundable. Min. Deposit of $165 or 20% of booking total, (whichever is greater) in addition to wholesalers' deposits.
Refunds:	No Cash Refunds given	Refund assessment can take up to 8 (eight) weeks minimum.
Urgent VIP Courier fees:		$44 per item per person per address.
Visa Processing fee**	Local/Interstate consulates	$44 per passport, per consulate.
Foreign Exchange/Cash Passports		$33 per purchase per booking.

	Spirit of Tasmania	$40 Per person, per sailing leg on the Ship Saver Fares & special fares (plus wholesaler service fees).
Note: Costs for "out of the ordinary" communications such as ISD phone calls, special postage and courier fees will be passed on to the customer.

Protect your personal information and make copies of your passport details, insurance policy, traveller's cheques and credit card numbers. Carry one copy and leave a copy with someone at home. Carry additional copies of your passport photo with you.
Don't carry illicit drugs. In some countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand (and others) drug offences carry the death penalty and/or very lengthy jail terms.
