Attempted CC & Immigration Fraud: Cancellation Policies & ConditionsNOTE: we reserve the right not to confirm ticketing on any ticket on any grounds including but not limited to: suspicion of identify fraud, Credit Card fraud, immigration fraud. Because of overwhelming attempted fraud originating in Africa we reserve the right to automatically cancel ANY ticket involving travel to or from Africa. It is a condition of booking through us that you accept that any itinerary involving a stop over, departure or arrival in Africa will be automatically cancelled without notification. Any one wishing to travel via or to or from Africa therefore must purchase your tickets elsewhere. We work closely with banks, police and immigration departments of many developed and developing countries. Any suspicious attempted purchase of tickets will result in automatic cancellation of your tickets without notice to you. We automatically notify banks and/or immigration authorities of passenger names and CC details of cancelled tickets and/or of suspicious attempts to purchase tickets. NOTE: When booking any form of travel you must ensure you provide your full legal name (as indicated on your passport, and/or other documentation that you will use to identify yourself when travelling). Many people use shortened forms of their name (e.g. You might use the name "Frank" instead of your full legal name "Francis", or "Jane" when your legal documents such as driver's license/passport might show "Elizabeth Jane" etc). Only your full legal names are acceptable when booking travel and you might be refused travel if you attempt to travel without registering your legally correct details on all your travel documents.
